Q: Tell us what your role is here at DEF, and briefly explain what it is you do day-to-day?
A: I am a Quality and Compliance Officer. I review and update quality documentation.
Q: What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
A: I have previous roles in Quality Assurance and this job description sounded interesting, and I was curious to learn more.
Q: What do you enjoy most about your role at DEF?
A: I have always worked in the Nuclear Industry and this role was perfect. I also have the option to work from home.
Q: What is working at DEF like?
A: It is a pleasure to be employed by DEF.

Q: In terms of successes, which accomplishments are you most proud of??
A: Completing a fabrication and welding apprenticeship and my HNC in Engineering.
Q: When you are at work, how do you motivate yourself?
A: I have always been punctual; work is a way of life. It has always been important to have a regular routine.
Q: What might someone be surprised to know about you?
A: I have five grandchildren!
